How a visit actually starts
You leave a number. Joseph calls from San Antonio, asks what went quiet, and picks a window that does not waste your afternoon. He works North Side first — 78213, Olmos Park, Castle Hills — then the loop if the slate is open.
On site he reads the meter, opens the deadfront, and writes the load before he talks dollars. If the job is bigger than one truck, he says so before anyone buys wire.
